The Project
The Annual Report for the Legal Services Ombudsman used the slogan 'Making sure your voice is heard' to describe the importance of their work. We used striking stock images to reflect the diverse nature of the organisation's work, paired with an almost monochromatic minimalist design punctuated by splashes of colour in the infographics. Beyond its aesthetic appeal, the report serves as a comprehensive overview of the ombudsman's activities, achievements, and challenges. Through a compelling visual narrative, it effectively communicates complex legal matters, fostering transparency and public awareness. The design enhances accessibility, making the report an informative tool for stakeholders, and ensuring a broad understanding of the ombudsman's pivotal role in maintaining legal service standards.

The Legal Services Ombudsman was an independent body that investigated and resolved complaints against legal service providers.
